Watch came with error mechanism, Minute hand stuck at 48 minutes, every hour delays 12-13 minutes even been authenticated does not mean watch is working just even fine Been asking Grailzee to figure it out how to deal with this problem Last service was 2006, which was 18 years ago !!!! I have watch maker open the case back, and hairspring looks bended and incorrect position talking with Ethan the customer support manager how to handle this situation Hope it helps
