Hi this is Seller. I own many IWC and am only selling this since I got 42MM Perp Cal version. It’s running great (-3 s/d, 300 amp, 0.1 be) and looks amazing on blue IWC strap with rose gold. Blurred white card is watchbox warranty card dated 2-15-24 & states 2 year warranty. Haven’t tried it since running so well. Lmk any questions.

I didnt say that - I was suggesting you were way off base; warranty card is worth a lot- so I paid $18k for a complete set with card and here, at $17k plus 5% fee, that's $17.9k, same price for a watch with no card. looks like the offer you got was top of mark IMO

Well, 3 hulks ran here in last 24 hours. 1 with warranty card $14.5k, 2 no cards at $11k & yours just $200 under warranty card hulk. Decent mark, at least on this site I guess, tight range. Newer hulks with cards can still reach $22k+. I’ve watched my own nov ‘19 drop too. Crazy what’s happened over the last year. Good luck with it, nice piece.

Issue for me is a new ‘24 set is available online for $16.2. Buyers want a deal in auctions and there’s buyer fee here. If a deal is 5-10% off market including buy fee, that’s about $14.4-14.7 buy price, which you got already below. Thats $15.2-15.4 all in, 4-6% off what’s available (and newer) online now. Or just buy the ‘24 new for $1k less than your ask (or 17.2k with buy fee).

OK, that would be helpful to get the timegrapher results given 2019. You're right, registering it gets you extension, but you have to register the Panerai within first 2 years to get the +6 year extension. Any chance you could check to see if that was done, warranty into 2027? I have a lot of Panerai's and use that service warranty often. Thank you.

Seller here...check video on this rare 43MM all rose gold UN, pristine, complete service, complete set. The new UN blue gator strap is SO much more comfortable than the inflexible rubber straps these sometimes come with. right, that one isn't complete but doesnt matter with Panerai, all you need is the serial number on the back; 8 years of PAMGuard is all that matters and dont need box and papers for it; def not worth $2k... there's a '22 complete set for 8.1k, again, buy direct less 8-8%, low to mid 7's..same answer.

there's a '23 complete set on Chrono for high 7's, buy direct so less the 6.5% fee and 2-3% off for wire vs credit card and you have mid to low 7's, like I said... 9-10k isn't market.

Well, that’s the issue here. Market has dropped, certainly for older ROOs and sellers haven’t all adjusted. Recent auctions on this model, all 3 just this week, maxed out with bids in $16k-ish range on Grailzee. The free market appears to be speaking on worth at this time. Ask Max or other at Grailzee to reach out to me if you want to move it at a reasonable price.

It's hard to tell with the plastic but is that a chip on the outside of the bezel at 9 o'clock or just the plastic bunched up? It shows in 2 pics. Looks like other possible issues on bezel but, again, may easily just be the plastic. Any way to see pics without the plastic on it?

I’ve bought and sold a lot here. If you don’t nail down info from seller like real performance stats, especially on old pieces like this before the deal is done, the Bennisson report just says if it passes a basic pass or fail performance test. Could be a long way from what I/other consider “pristine’ or ‘perfectly.” Older it is, wider the margin. Thus, I nail the specifics down before bidding. I’m out here with no info. Good luck.

The melt value doesn’t mean anything to me since I would never melt a watch down and the design is a dated but just interesting enough for the collection … if you’re looking to move it I’d increase to $7k.

The new owner simply needs to log the serial number in under their Panerai account and it will transfer to them with the same warranty date. I have many of these. It’s a simple process and the Panerai warranty is very valuable. It’s an easy process for any work with them if you ever need it. This one is running very well.

It has the original receipt. That’s the paper you see. But they don’t consider that “papers” I guess. It has the serial number of the watch and date of purchase The card is from an authentication center and has same serial number. It has also been registered with Panerai (shown in another photo) and shows the same serial number and this also proves its registration and, more importantly, the full, transferable Panerai warranty thru 3/15/2029.

IDK what is going on there but they have a lot of investigating to do and reporting to us. Someone took casebook off, now new seals are needed & wet & dry testing; all the contamination behind case back investigated, cleaned, root cause, etc. No response. You need to call them. I also need to know who took the case back cover and get wet and dry test results since taking it off requires a new gasket and seal testing wet & dry too. It has 12 links and fits a 7.4" comfortably, up to approximate 7.6" wrist size using the additional micro setting for the extra 4 mm (0.2"). The PVD does not interfere with normal functionality of link pins for link removal for smaller wrists.

Apparently Grailzee doesn’t forward offers that are too far off from a reserve price and it sends an automated response. This watch is rare and I cannot find any others online for sale. I also can’t say what the reserve is. But we’re still a decent way off. Maybe you can google for others sold previously to see ballpark.

If you have a few minutes, you can form an online AP account easily and add piece to collection. It will then tell you what the warranty info is. FYI, it appears there are only 11 links in the pictures. I believe this ref number watch originally comes with 13 links and no statement in this ad said it was not with a full set of links. So I bought it. Anytime I see an ad for a pre-owned watch without all the links, it is disclosed. We'll have to have Bennisson determine the size and if any links are missing. If they are and it won't fit a min 7.5" wrist then I cannot wear it or buy it. We'll see what they say when they get it. thanks

Totally agree with you. That’s what I was saying too. Lot of people on sidelines while market went up so fast. Now resetting prices bring more people in. You’re in a great space. I have this watch in blue already and was only looking to pick up black if really low. If there’s a way for me to see your access I’d be interested. I’ve purchased 28 watches over the last 8 months, all below market. Sounds like your space. Lmk if you can.

It’s a nice watch for sure. There are just so many watches hitting the market as the luxury market crashes down from its highs. It makes for many opportunistic buys. I’ve bought two here that were 40-60% of “market value.” People had to sell. Interesting time in the space for sure.

Black rubber strap vs standard blue strap? Maybe that’s it. What strap(s) does this come with, just the black rubber in your pics or the blue runner that it normally comes with too? My 43 mm black dial came with black rubber and brown leather calf leather. Not sure what’s standard on blue 43 mm.
