There are multiple scratches and dent on the crystal of the Tudor Black Bay 58 , 39mm you sold me. SN 3Z9J767. Only Tudor can replace the crystal for around $300 dollars but they will not give me a specific number and I have to have Ben Bridge ship the watch to TUDOR to get a bid and repair. Pain in the butt. Are you going to make this right by sending me $300 for the repair or giver me a full refund of the watch you misrepresented on this web site. I texted you the 3 picture taken this morning Jan 6th cleaely showing the scratches , as i received the watch yesterday Jan 5th at a Fed Exp pick up center. The watch came in original box plasctic wraped and double boxed with no signs of any damage due to shipping I was highly protected with no possiblity of damage due to shipping
