The blue rubber strap that came with the watch consists of two half’s of the same kind. The buckle side can not be attached to watch. Am I missing something?

Service was fine at the start but I got radio silence when I had issues with the FedEx delivery. This ended up being customs related and not related to the seller but some assistance would have been helpful as I had very limited tracking permissions on my end.
There were no stickers as mentioned in the ad, there was slight wear on the exterior clasp but it is otherwise new appearing. I hope the verification service did not remove the stickers.
