This was my first purchase through Grailzee and I felt the entire process was smooth and well documented. I appreciated being able to text the Grailzee consultant for quick answers. I didn’t really communicate with the seller, but I did appreciate his willingness to negotiate and the online comment he left regarding the watches condition.
