Hello Aldr2v8p5 - tat is not the case. it is 100% water tested as the outer case, bezel, bezel ring were all replaced. Rolex would not water test it without replacing the case. I have all the paperwork from Rolex stating the repairs that were made and confirming it is water tested and water proof.Aldr2v8p5 1
