This watch was serviced at Rolex for the length of its life up until this year it was completely overhauled and serviced at Bennisson. They are a very trusted service center in the luxury timepiece community with watchmakers that have come from Rolex, Omega, etc and used by AD’s throughout the country for servicing. This watch comes with an 18 month warranty from Bennisson as well.

Yes! There is documentation of the service performed by Bennisson that can be provided. I would have to check with Grailzee regarding a pouch I’m not sure what you’re referring to.
