Dear, It depends on the preference. If you wear close to hand, the left sided crown makes the wearing comfortable even on the left arm.

i looked it up just now and have a better understanding...thanks i guess it is more suited for a person who wears watches on the right hand.... its beautiful though...

Dear, This model, has a unique feature to have the crown in the opposite side. The picture on my wrist is in my left arm. Also remind that the model has been recently appraised @ $22.000, and has the authenticity verified. Also Grailzee adds another authenticity verification prior the winning bid being paid.
