There’s a contradiction between what is stated in the description: “good condition, showing signs of wear on the bezel, case, and bracelet.”, and you saying the watch is brand new. I just contacted Grailzee and they cannot confirm the watch is brand new. They also said that the Auction team decided on the condition of the watch as stated in the description.
