The seller represents this timepiece as being in vintage condition. This timepiece has been resized and includes the removed link. It includes the boxes (inner and outer), additional items, and papers dated January 31st, 1994.
This classic timepiece includes the original inner and outer box and papers. This Rolex features the highly accurate Zenith Caliber 4030 automatic movement based on the famous Zenith “El Primero” (specifically, caliber 400). This movement features a 4 Hz (28,800 vph) beat rate, 31 jewels, a 50-54 hour power reserve, and is COSC chronometer certified. It has an “S” serial number indicating it was made in 1993. Thus, this watch has an inverted “6” in the lower sub-dial and has the original tritium dial and hands as indicated by the “T Swiss Made T” imprint on the dial. The watch has a total of 12 links. 11 are installed and the extra one is in the box. Current (2nd) owner originally purchased this piece used in early 1994 and it has been held with the same owner since. The watch and chronograph work properly and appear to be keeping good time. It has not been polished as to preserve the history and has been in storage for many years. It is a beautiful piece and worthy of any collection.
