Patek Philippe is reasserting the "contemporary casual chic" spirit of the Aquanaut flyback chronograph with the first white gold version of this self-winding model, combined with a bold khaki-green color for the dial and matching composite strap. Polished and satin finishes enhance the case. The 60-minute counter at 6 o'clock picks up the rounded octagonal shape of the bezel. Four independent catches secure the patented fold-over clasp. The watch was purchased from a private collector; it's used but comes in very good condition with full inner and outer boxes and papers.

The 5968G is a very usable and lightweight watch, made mainly of composite material with khaki green coloring. Easy to take on and off with an Aquanaut fold-over clasp. The metal though of the casing is a luxurious white gold with a sapphire-crystal case back and screw-down crown. This watch is water-resistant to 120m or 393ft. With a total diameter (10-4 o’clock)of: 42.2 mm and a total watch height: of 11.9 mm, this watch has a larger and more sporty appearance.

The 5968G has a luxurious and everyday feel thanks to the khaki green dial, embossed with the signature Aquanaut pattern, and gold-applied numerals with luminescent coating.
