I’m surprised it went that highjlawrence2 16

The reserve is 11,700.Kyro6x8x7 (The Seller)7

If you prefer to do a no reserve auction then do itdparent289s 13

I completely understand. I’m sorry this is wasting your time also.Kyro6x8x7 (The Seller)7
Grailzee decided how long to host the auction and at what dollar amount to start the auction, so my apologies if anyone feels their time was wasted. I agree that starting closer to the reserve would make more sense. I would’ve preferred to do a no-reserve auction, but the current economy doesn’t make me feel confident that this would sell for a respectable dollar amount if I did so. Thank you for your interestjlawrence2 16
Thank you for posting your Reserve. This will help us stop wasting our time.jlawrence2 16
Unless I’m missing something here? Why not list a watch with a starting bid closer to the reserve. Starting at $500 is pointless. People spend days coming back here every so often to throw an extra couple hundred bucks when the price is still thousands upon thousands away from the actual price of the watch. If people posted the Reserve then you would only get serious buyers. There are so many watches I see that do not make the Reserve. This is just an exercise in futility. If you need 16,000 for this then say so. If you need 10,000 for this then say so. People would much rather just give you what you want then come back here every day just to see it increased by 100 bucks. Just my two cents worth. Do they really think they’re going to get a watch that is 18,000+ dollars for four grand?asiradakis 5
Wow, got it, yeah not a buyer near that figure. Best of luck on your auction!Kyro6x8x7 (The Seller)7
Reserve is $11,700. I would be taking a loss of a few thousand dollars to sell at that amount, but it would allow me to move on to experience another piece.asiradakis 5
What is reserve?Kyro6x8x7 (The Seller)7
If not, that’s okay. It’s a great timepiece that I don’t mind holding onto. I am not a desperate seller.jlawrence2 16
I predict this will not make the reserve.
