This is the ref number for 1861 movement with display case back. 311.30.42.30.01.006 They make open /closed case back in both movements. You can tell you have a 3861 co-axial movement on open case back model because you can see “3861” on the movement plate. 3861 is a co-axial cosc certified movement and thus worth more money. The 1861 is not.

No this is 310, with the open case back and sapphire crystal. 311 models have a closed case back with the hesalite glass.

I think that is an 1861 movement. 311 reference. Also box is wrong for 310 3861 movement. Finally no dot over 90
