I received the watch back from IWC (Dallas H.Q.) earlier this month. It had a 2 year warranty. After I got the watch, I never tried it on and kept the packing intact until the photos were taken. The servicing cost $850 (I have the receipt), that included: 1) Case: dismantling the case and cleaning all the parts, and replacing all the seals and gaskets. 2) Movement: cleaning each part to remove dust and oil, replaced worn parts, tuned the watch, and lubricated all pivot points and bearings.
