Glashütte Original mounted the three-quarter plate, the duplex swan-neck fine adjustment, the perlage, the blued screws, and the hand-engraved balance bridge on the dial side; the finishing that most manufacturers reserve for the caseback now facing outward for every glance at the time. The result is a watch with no conventional dial: the movement plate itself is the surface, galvanized and rhodium-plated, with blued steel hands with Super-LumiNova tracking the hours across it. The Panorama Date sits at 2 o'clock in its signature oversized paired aperture. The 42mm 18-carat rose gold case, at 12.30mm thin, carries this mechanical theatre with a warmth that steel could never provide. Calibre 91-02 beats at 28,800 vph across 49 jewels with 42 hours of power reserve.
