Chopard has served as official timekeeper of the historic 1,600km Brescia to Rome and back road race since 1988, and the caseback wears that relationship in embossed relief: 1000 MIGLIA, BRESCIA, ROMA, BRESCIA, and your edition number. The 44mm stainless steel case carries a ruthenium grey snailed dial with contrasting snailed black chronograph subdials, red-tipped counter hands, and a tachymeter bezel. The perforated cognac calfskin strap with black rubber lining evokes the driving gloves and Dunlop tire treads of 1960s racing in exactly the way a watch built for this purpose should. The crown carries a steering wheel motif. Calibre ETA 7750, COSC chronometer certified, 28,800 vph, 48 hours of power reserve. 2020 production, incredible condition, box and papers included. A limited edition chronograph with a genuine connection to one of motorsport's most storied events.
