The watch has no scratches what so ever anywhere, it may be a reflection you might be seeing, and no it does not have deployment buckle, probably Grailzee made a mistake in the making of the auction. I'm sorry for that, I didn't catch that mistake either, my bad...Loca0m2d1 3
