Yes it’s L.E. No quantity numbers were released from Breitling. 3 runs of collaboration with OuterKnown exist; this one another 44mm (green) and a 42mm (brown). When I purchased here last year it was listed as a 2021. It’s a great watch, I just don’t wear it enough to have it sit in my winder and not get any use. The two additional straps are unused.stobin48dj 31
