OK, so I have a picture of what the problem is. There is a loose screw inside of the moment that has jammed along the inside edge. It is preventing the rotor from moving. I’m not sure how Bennisson missed this.Dafr7s8z0 3

Sorry, checks the performance of the watch as well. Please wind it 30-49 times as I have sold thousands of watches over many years and I have had done that begin running g with one turn and other that take 30+. In five wstches the reversing wheel system doesn’t do much winding unless you are very active and more or less just maintains and slowly winds the movement. That’s why manufacturers recommend winding g the crown 30 times or more if the watch has been sitting and is not running.Dafr7s8z0 3

Watch arrived not as expected. Not sure why it says the opposite on sellers page. The watch stopped working twice in the first five hours since receiving it. Quite unhappy about that.
