The Breitling Top Time (2000–33) is also linked to those in aviation and racing, as well as James Bond. The watch appeared in the 1965 James Bond movie Thunderball: Bond is given a Breitling Top Time, which contains a Geiger counter to track down two stolen nuclear warheads. It brandishes a round yellow gold-plated 36mm case, and a stainless steel case back marked: waterproof, antimagnetic, and shock-protected.
Its white dial features a tachymeter scale and two black sub-dials, distinguished by a 60-second sub-dial positioned at 9 o'clock and a 45-minute sub-register at 3 o'clock. Earning it the "Panda" nickname. Complementing this design are elegant gold baton hour markers, matching gold obelisk hands, and a visually striking orange sweep second hand.
