The 2016 Breguet Classique (7727BR/12/9WU) is the Classique Chronométrie in 18-carat rose gold — one of the most technically distinguished dress watches the Maison has ever produced. The 41mm case, 9.7mm thin, houses the in-house hand-wound caliber 574 DR: the only movement in the collection's history to operate at 10 Hz, achieved through a magnetic pivot and silicon balance spring with double balance spring architecture, eliminating the need for lubrication at the escapement and dramatically reducing positional error. Accuracy is rated at -1/+3 seconds per day — stricter than COSC chronometer tolerances. The silvered gold dial is hand-engraved on a rose engine in the Maison's hallmark guilloché tradition, fitted with hollow-apple hands in rose gold. Subsidiary dials display running seconds and power reserve. 286 components. 60-hour power reserve. Exhibition sapphire caseback. Presented on an alligator strap with rose gold deployant clasp. Water resistance 30m.
