Audemars Piguet named the line for a founder and kept it as the house’s round dress watch. The 18k rose-gold case measures 39 mm across and 9 mm high, water-resistant to 20 metres, with a glareproofed sapphire crystal and a sapphire back. Applied rose-gold indexes and rose-gold hands move over the silver guilloché ground. Hours, minutes, centre seconds and date. Calibre 3120 is the manufacture automatic beneath. Twenty-two-carat gold rotor. Two hundred seventy-eight parts. Forty jewels. Twenty-one thousand six hundred vibrations an hour. Sixty hours of reserve. The strap is brown hand-stitched alligator with a rose-gold buckle. This 2014 example is unworn and in impeccable condition, and it includes the serialized hangtag.
