Inspired by the lunar dust touched by Apollo astronauts, the Omega Speedmaster Grey Side of the Moon (Ref. 311.93.44.51.99.002) offers a sleek, modern take on the classic Moonwatch silhouette. Its 44.25mm case begins as white ceramic before undergoing a high-temperature plasma transformation, resulting in a metallic grey finish with exceptional scratch resistance.
The dial is crafted from solid sandblasted 950 platinum, providing a subtle matte texture that complements the grey ceramic case. White Super-LumiNova coats the hands, applied indices, and the tachymeter scale etched into the ceramic bezel, ensuring outstanding legibility in low-light conditions.
Visible through the sapphire exhibit case back, the timepiece is powered by the in-house Omega Co-Axial Calibre 9300. Equipped with a silicon balance spring, column-wheel mechanism, and twin barrels mounted in series, this automatic chronograph delivers high anti-magnetic resistance and a 60-hour power reserve.
