Condition & Provenance This timepiece has been meticulously cared for and is in pristine condition for its age. Because the case is crafted from high-tech ZrO2 (Zirconium Oxide) ceramic, it is virtually impervious to scratches. There are barely any wear marks to be found on the case, bezel, or the DLC-coated titanium caseback. It is a "safe queen" caliber example that looks and feels like a much newer watch.
The matte black ceramic case isn't just about looks; it is five times harder than stainless steel. Unlike PVD-coated watches that can scratch to reveal silver underneath, this ceramic is black through and through.
