The seller represents this timepiece as being in like new condition. It includes the boxes (inner and outer), additional items, and papers dated July 19th, 2019. This timepiece is part of a limited edition series, with only 169 available worldwide.

The TAG Heuer Monaco; a vintage inspired timepiece that pays homage to the original 1969 Heuer Monaco. A true throwback, this timepiece features what was, in 1969, the world’s first automatic chronograph and water-resistant square-cased racing watch. It also includes the left-side crown layout which is period-correct and features color accents inspired by the 1970’s.  

The dial features a green Côtes de Genève finish which is a pattern of parallel textures that interact with the light creating alternating light and dark effects. The complications include hours, minutes, seconds (central and at the 3 o’clock), 30-minute counter (9 o’clock) and date (6 o’clock).

The strap is calfskin leather which is perforated giving it a racing-inspired look. The color is chestnut/brown blending well with the vintage colors of the dial. The strap has a straight end mount with push pin attachment and features a stainless steel folding clasp.

Low production numbers and the distinctive green dial make this Heuer Monaco truly unique. One of only 169 examples produced, this limited edition offers collectors a rare chance to own a piece of watchmaking history.
