Are all parts original? Has the bracelet been tightened or serviced? Are the specs on the crystal scratches or lint on the surface? Thanks

The watch is described as being in “fair” condition yet I don’t see much of scratches etc. Can you elaborate any on its condition? Also, do you have an age range of the manufacture date?
