We use a macrolens camera so there may be dust particles and "scratches" that are exaggerated than they actually are. The watch is more in "Very Good" condition.

Quite far. I'd argue the watch is in very good condition. Under bright lights the scratches look more than what they are. I will say this is going below comps so my offer is quite fair + a free polish.
