Has the watch been polished and what year of manufacture is it? Was the watch tested for time keeping?

The watch is listed as "LIKE NEW", but the description says "NEW CONDITION". Can you please clarify - it should be NEW if no signs of wear & mint condition as per Grailzee's definition below (*) [also June '24 papers ]. (*) New Mint condition, without signs of wear. Papers dated within 120 days of listing on Grailzee.
