This watch appears to have some retraction on the bottom of the bezel and minor retractions retraction at 5 o'clock. The watch was rated very good, but it does not hold up scrutiny. Am I wrong?

It would be valuable information if watches listed in the Auctions generally were listed as men’s or ladies watches. I had to contact my local jeweler to find out that men’s watches begin at 40 MM, and that may have only been his opinion, but although I like this watch, I am a man and this is apparently a ladies watch.

It seems that the 12 spot is not clearly visible in the picture, making it unclear if it is indeed a 12. A a sharper imaage of the 12 spot would enhance the credibility of the piece.
