Has this watch been serviced? The screw heads on the face are not aligned properly. Please advise.

Some of the front screws look like they are marred. Is it just the photo, Or have they actually been removed at some point?

Is the watch currently functioning? Does it keep time and are the” jump hours “correct. i’m not sure what the term might need a service means
