Not your fault at all here. Just spoke with them on the phone. They should have done a better job following up with you and I about where their hold-up was as far as authentication and timeline. You and I should not have to beg them for data.

Not sure why this transaction is having this much delay and issue. There is no excuse for Grailzee to hold this watch at authentication for a week, after taking forever to receive the watch, and also claiming seller paid for expedited. This is a good way to lose business and not have buyers and sellers close transactions.
