No sir. I received no offer. 4950 is the number? That I can consider for sure! Not sure if I’m allowed to place contact info in here. But, would be happy to discuss with grailzee. This looks to be in pretty good shape. Any ideas of why it was listed as good condition and not very good?

Seems as though there will be no form of a counter offer. While I find that odd, I guess the floors open if anyone wants to step in.
