Grailzee will text/email you trying to negotiate to the sellers reserve. You can offer the seller what you are willing to pay if it isn't as high as the reserve and the seller can accept or offer an amount between your offer and their reserve. Normal negotiations with grailzee as the mediator. Shocked this only went to 20.8.
